Video: Incident During Court Hearing of Kocharyan's Case
A recent incident occurred during the examination of appeals in the case of the second President of Armenia, Robert Kocharyan, and others, as reported by News.am.
One woman among the supporters of the victims was continuously making remarks from her seat, addressing Robert Kocharyan's defenders.
The presiding judge, Armen Danielyan, decided to impose a court sanction and remove the citizen from the courtroom. However, the individual refused to comply with the court's legal demands. For about five minutes, court officials struggled to calm down the shouting woman and remove her from the hall. The court was ultimately forced to declare a recess. In the end, she was removed by force.
