On June 18 at 19:10, the emergency hotline '911' received a report of an explosion at a gas station located at 1 Yerevaniansky Avenue in the city of Yeghhegnadzor, Vayots Dzor Province.

A firefighting unit from the Ministry of Emergency Situations dispatched to the scene discovered that a gas cylinder explosion had occurred in the storage area of an adjacent liquefied gas sales point. As a result, a 2.square meter partition wall collapsed, the ceiling sustained damage over an area of 5 square meters, and glass was broken over 4 square meters. Fortunately, there were no reported injuries.

Rescue teams have cordoned off the area.
