Neymar Questioned for 5 Hours in Rape Case

The Brazilian forward of PSG, Neymar, was once again questioned by the police regarding the rape case involving model Trindade Mendes de Souza. This was reported by Armsport.am.

The footballer was interrogated for about 5 hours at the police station in Rio de Janeiro. His lawyer, Flavia Merlini, stated that Neymar denies the accusations and answered all the questions posed to him.

“Sooner or later, the truth will come to light,” the Brazilian said after leaving the police station.

Earlier, the model had also undergone a similar interrogation. Her second lawyer has already withdrawn from the case.
