Vladimir Putin Grants Russian Citizenship to 13 Armenians

Russian President Vladimir Putin has signed a decree granting Russian citizenship to 70 foreign nationals, including 13 from Armenia. This was reported by Rusarminfo.

According to the decree, Russian citizenship has been granted to 13 individuals from Armenia, 8 from Tajikistan and Moldova each, 7 from Ukraine and Azerbaijan each, 6 from Afghanistan and Uzbekistan each, 3 from Italy, and 2 each from Kazakhstan, Turkey, and Vietnam, along with 1 citizen from Georgia and Turkmenistan.

Among those who have become citizens of the Russian Federation are also notable individuals, including philanthropist Sergey Shchukin's grandson, Frenchman Andre Marc Deloc Furcon, and American poet and playwright, translator of Pushkin's works, Julian Lowenfeld.
