The process of constructing the crocodile farm is underway. This was stated today, June 12, in a conversation with journalists by Ararat region governor Garik Sargsyan.

According to him, the issues related to the crocodile egg at the State Revenue Committee have been resolved. He felt it necessary to clarify his statement regarding the crocodile egg once again. “What we meant is that since we do not have a customs code for the crocodile shape, we have a customs code for bird eggs. It is being imported under the customs code for bird eggs. The crocodile is, in terms of its organ system, close to birds; at some point, crocodiles even flew,” said Garik Sargsyan, laughing as he started to explain the origin of crocodiles.
