Marina Khachatryan Files Complaint with Police Regarding Pashinyan's Statements
The President of the Public Organization "Healthy Society," Marina Khachatryan, has submitted a complaint to the police regarding statements made by Armenian Prime Minister Nikol Pashinyan. This was reported by the organization's press service.
In the statement, it is mentioned: "Today, Marina Khachatryan, the president of the 'Healthy Society' NGO, filed a complaint with the Arabkir division of Armenia's Police, stating that Nikol Pashinyan, a citizen of Armenia and the Prime Minister, has made public calls for violence, particularly encouraging the actions of individuals in black clothing to lie on the asphalt and stick to the walls.
Marina Khachatryan, being an ideological and political opponent of Nikol Pashinyan and considering the recent arrest of another political opponent of Pashinyan, regards the public threats uttered by Pashinyan as realistic and directed toward herself as well.
We hope that the Armenian Police will act solely within the framework of the law. Furthermore, we expect that citizen Nikol Pashinyan will take responsibility and provide explanations for his statements while completely ruling out any further calls for violence.
