420 Liters of Diesel Stolen from KamAZ Fuel Tank
On June 6, officers from the Kapan and Kajaran police departments, acting on operational information, apprehended a 55-year-old driver of a private company on suspicion of theft while driving a VAZ-2106 vehicle.
The police report indicates that during the inspection, two plastic containers with a capacity of 20 liters each filled with diesel fuel were discovered in the trunk of the vehicle. The driver admitted that he had stolen the fuel from the tank of a KamAZ concrete mixer truck assigned to him.
During the preparation of materials, it was revealed that since September of last year, the driver had stolen a total of 420 liters of diesel fuel from the same concrete mixer truck and stored it in his garage.
The stolen fuel was confiscated. Preparatory materials are underway.
