Dispute in Aygestan Village: Village Mayor Hits Fellow Villager

According to Shamshyan.com, materials are being prepared in the investigative division of the Artashat Police Department regarding a complaint received on May 27 from 38-year-old Arsen Naghdalyan, a resident of Aygestan village.

Naghdalyan reported to the police that 77-year-old Socrat Hovsepyan, a resident of Aygestan, had repeatedly abused his official position and allowed his livestock to graze on his land. As a result, a dispute arose yesterday with his father, 67-year-old Nikolay Naghdalyan, during which S. Hovsepyan struck him with a stick, causing bodily harm. According to G. Shamshyan, S. Hovsepyan is the village mayor of Aygestan.
