Surrender After Years of Being Wanted

As part of the "Wanted-2019" comprehensive preventive measure, due to the actions and explanatory work carried out by the criminal investigation officers of the Tumanyan division of the police, Seyran A., 63, presented himself to the police on May 25 at 16:15.

The police reported that he had been wanted since November 15, 2011, by the Tumanyan division of the police for charges under Article 178, Part 3, Subparagraph 1 of the Criminal Code of the Republic of Armenia (fraud).
