Police Visit Adekvad NGO Office to Deliver Notices
A four-member police team visited the office of the Adekvad non-governmental organization today, May 21. This was announced via a live Facebook broadcast by Konstantin Ter-Nakalyan, an editor of Blognews.am and a member of the Adekvad NGO.
According to him, police officers were searching for Arthur Danielyan, the co-founder of the Adekvad NGO, to deliver him a notice.
Later, Konstantin Ter-Nakalyan posted the following on his Facebook page: “The police sent notices to all Adekvads present in Cascade yesterday, inviting them to the police station to clarify the report regarding Ispriyan. It is, of course, absurd that they used to plot schemes before, and now they want to pull Ispriyan into this, but I am not in the mood today. Therefore, I officially declare that I do not accept the police invitation and I am not prepared to provide any clarifications regarding that clown's report.”
It should be recalled that media reported that a group of individuals approached singer Arthur Ispriyan, a member of the Yerevan City Council from the My Step faction, in the Cascade area, tugging at him and hurling insults. The police had informed that the identities of the participants involved in the incident with Arthur Ispriyan had been established.
