Deadlines for Submitting Documents to Schools Announced

As of May 17 at 3:00 PM, 10,367 children eligible for first grade enrollment have registered through the online system of Yerevan's public schools.

After registration, parents must submit the required documents to the school within 15 working days; otherwise, the registration will be canceled.

Note: Parents who canceled their registration for any reason during the online process and selected a new school are also required to submit the documents within 10 working days. Parents can present the documents to the school during any working day within the specified time frame.

Required documents list:

  1. Application addressed to the principal
  2. Certificate of being registered in the state population register
  3. Original and a copy of the birth certificate or passport
  4. 2 photographs sized 3×4
  5. Certificate regarding the "Need for Special Conditions in Education" issued by the territorial administration body, if applicable, for the enrollment of a student requiring special conditions in education

It is also necessary to submit information regarding the child's Public Services Number. The system also allows for checking which school the child is registered in.
