Arthur Davtyan's Assistant Buys 10 Cars and Rents Them Out: 'Zhoghovurd'

The newspaper 'Zhoghovurd' reports: Many within the prosecutor's office are puzzled by the fact that Armenia's Chief Prosecutor Arthur Davtyan is fighting against corruption but seems oblivious to the actions of those within the system. According to widely circulated information, Davtyan's assistant, Arthur Baghdasaryan, who constantly accompanies him and was seen with him recently at the National Assembly, has recently purchased 10 cars and has rented them out. While these vehicles may not be under his name, there are rumors in the system suggesting that they belong to him.

We tried to clarify this information with the Office of the Chief Prosecutor, which responded: 'This is yet another lie. If we are talking about Arthur Baghdasaryan, he does not own 10 vehicles and is not engaged in any entrepreneurial activities. If you have evidence regarding him, feel free to publish it without hesitation.'
