Vova Gasparyan's Maternal Cousin Appointed Head of Talin Regional Police Department

The newspaper "Zhamanak" reports that Arthur Frankyan, the head of the police department in the city of Metsamor, Armavir Province, has been appointed as the head of the Talin regional police department.

This appointment would not be noteworthy if it weren’t for an interesting detail: Arthur Frankyan is the maternal cousin of former Chief of Police Vladimir Gasparyan.
