The Military Commissioner Sues the Ministry of Defense

The military commissioner of Erebuni, Colonel Garik Arakelyan, has filed a lawsuit against the Ministry of Defense. According to the newspaper "Zhoghavorud", Colonel Arakelyan has approached the Administrative Court of Armenia, demanding to be reinstated to his position as the military commissioner of Erebuni, along with payment of his salary.

It is possible that this issue arose after the military commissariats were reorganized, with the number 4 military commissariat currently serving the administrative regions of Shengavit, Nubarashen, and Erebuni. As a result of this reorganization, Garik Arakelyan has found himself sidelined and has turned to the court to assert his rights for reinstatement to his former position.
