Argument and Gunshots in Yerevan

An argument and gunshots were reported in Yerevan. Yesterday, on May 13, at approximately 09:30, the police station in Nor Nork received a call about a dispute occurring near the overpass of the Vazgen Sargsyan Military Institute, during which gunshots were heard.

According to Shamshyan.com, the police and investigators discovered that around 09:15, an altercation took place at the intersection of Badal Muradyan and Davit Bek streets between a driver of an Opel vehicle and a 59-year-old resident of Jrvazh village in Kotayk Province, Garegin Divanyan. During the incident, the Opel driver, grossly violating public order, fired two shots from a gas pistol in the direction of G. Divanyan, who sustained injuries to the facial area.

According to G. Shamshyan's information, the Nor Nork police and investigators, through operational investigative measures, have established the identity of the Opel driver and are taking necessary steps to locate him.
