Mother Takes 13-Year-Old Pregnant Daughter to Hospital in Armavir Region

According to a source from one of the villages in the Armavir region, an extraordinary incident has been recorded, as reported by Armenia Sputnik.

A 45-year-old woman has taken her 13-year-old daughter to the hospital in Vagharshapat, who is in a clear state of pregnancy.

Some circulating information in the village suggests that the fetus is about five months along. There are also reports in the village that months ago, the underage girl had sexual intercourse several times with two boys from her village who are 13 and 14 years old.

The underage boys and the pregnant girl are also classmates. It seems highly likely that the fetus will not be aborted, as such a medical intervention could be considered illegal.

The Public Relations and Information Department of the police stated that materials are being prepared in the Vagharshapat police station regarding the incident, and circumstances are being clarified.
