I See a Citizen Being Beaten, I Stopped, Intervened: Deputy Minister

The First Deputy Minister of Transport, Communication, and Information Technologies of the Republic of Armenia, Armen Pambukhchyan, wrote on his Facebook page:

“I was driving on Charents Street when I saw a citizen being beaten. I stopped, intervened, and called the police and an ambulance. I am now at the Central and New Marash police department, the suspect has been taken into custody, and shortly the doctors will arrive for the victim.”

Later, the deputy minister added: “I am at Erebuni Hospital, the victim is being bandaged, and it seems there is no serious danger. Leave your old habits in the past; otherwise, we will have to deal with each of you individually within the framework of the law.”
