Arthur Danielyan Sues Nikol Pashinyan

Arthur Danielyan, co-author of "Adeqvat", has filed a lawsuit against Prime Minister Nikol Pashinyan. This information was shared by Danielyan on his Facebook page.

He stated that although his application is fully justified, he is highly skeptical that it will be accepted for consideration.

"The issue is that regardless of how unrealistic it seems to have a state at this moment, we cannot reconcile ourselves with the fact that foreign agents have carried out a coup. I do not know whether Armenian states will survive, but if they do, they must be based on the rule of law and the inevitability of punishment," he wrote.

Danielyan added that Nikol Pashinyan should be punished not only for violating numerous regulations while passing laws but also for personally insulting him.

"By establishing a celebratory day based on the victory of one group of citizens over another, they have introduced dividing lines among us. I will highlight those lines, and let’s see what happens in the end..." he noted.
