No One Is Blind: Malayan on the Scandalous Situation in the Hospital
A scandalous situation has arisen at the Malayan Eye Hospital. According to "Hraparak", a medication received from the company "Nataly Pharm" was injected into 8 patients two days ago, who woke up the next day nearly blind, only able to distinguish light from shadow.
Panic erupted in the clinic, and an immediate examination of the mentioned medication was conducted. The patients were informed that an aggressive pathogen causing blindness had been found in the medication.
The news outlet reports that the clinic has performed surgeries immediately and reassured the patients that their vision would be restored in a few months. A citizen who called the media was the father of one of the patients and was extremely upset, doubting whether his son's vision would be fully restored. Currently, the Deputy Minister of Health is in the hospital.
To clarify the accuracy of the information and obtain further details, Aurora News contacted the director of the Malayan Eye Hospital, Alexander Malayan. He stated that, fortunately, no one has gone blind, as some media outlets have reported: "No one has gone blind, as some media outlets are writing, and we are talking about 5 people, not 8. There is absolutely no blindness; timely measures were taken, and these people see quite well. They have received appropriate high-quality surgical assistance and are now recovering. Some media outlets have made those people blind."
When asked about the reason behind such a situation, he remarked: "The expertise will reveal who is primarily at fault for what happened—the medication, the conditions, or another reason. The matter has criminal implications, so we need to wait for the results of the examination to identify the specific culprits. It is important to emphasize that there is no one who is blind," the doctor concluded.
Aurora News also contacted the "Nataly Pharm" company, from which they advised us to call back tomorrow.
It should be noted that earlier we had learned from the Ministry of Health that ministry employees are at the medical center. Additional information will be provided later.
