Journalist Sergey Dorenko Has Died

Journalist Sergey Dorenko has passed away following a transport accident in Moscow. According to RIA Novosti, citing a source from the medical facility, the death occurred due to natural causes.

Alexey Venediktov, the editor-in-chief of the “Echo of Moscow” radio station, has confirmed the information.

Earlier reports indicated that Dorenko was involved in a motorcycle accident and had suffered clinical death. Preliminary reports suggest that the cause of the accident was the journalist's poor health.

Dorenko served as the editor-in-chief of “Moscow Speaks” radio station. He also worked as a host and correspondent for VGTRK, RTR, and NTV television channels.
