‘Grigor Lusavorich’ Hospital Suing the State Revenue Committee

The waters of the State Revenue Committee and ‘Grigor Lusavorich’ Medical Center do not flow in the same stream. According to information obtained by ‘Zhoghavor’ newspaper, on May 3, ‘Grigor Lusavorich’ Medical Center filed a lawsuit against the RA State Revenue Committee demanding to annul an administrative act dated March 12, 2019.

Judging by the situation, the Medical Center may have committed tax violations and is under administrative liability, which it is currently disputing in court. It is worth noting that the director of the Medical Center is Arman Hovakimyan, a close associate of Armenia's Minister of Health, Arsen Torosyan.
