Court Hearing on Robert Kocharyan's Asset Seizure Begins

The court hearing on the asset seizure case of the second President of Armenia, Robert Kocharyan, has begun at the Shengavit residence of the Yerevan Court of General Jurisdiction. The hearing is presided over by Judge Anna Danibekyan.

It should be noted that there was also a freeze imposed on Robert Kocharyan's pension account, which was removed at the request of the Human Rights Defender.

Additionally, it is important to recall that Robert Kocharyan is under detention as a measure of restraint.
