Car Stolen from Auto Service Point

On April 17, at 9:10 AM, a citizen called the operational management center of the Yerevan police to report that on April 16, at 7:30 PM, their car was taken to an auto service point on Chekhov Street for repairs, from where it was stolen.

The police report that on the same day, thanks to the operations of the Shengavit police division and the traffic police officers, the car was found parked at the 75th km of the Yerevan-Sevan-Ijevan highway. Investigative measures also clarified the identity of the person who stole the vehicle.

On April 30, the suspect, Vahe S., was apprehended by the Bagratashen police division and was taken to the Shengavit police division, where he provided a confession.

An investigation is underway.
