Fatal Pedestrian Accident in Ararat Province

A fatal pedestrian accident occurred today in Ararat Province. According to Shamshyan.com, around 00:40 a.m., a 25-year-old resident of the village of Berkanush, identified as E.G., struck a pedestrian, 59-year-old H.H. from Artashat.

Sources indicate that the driver did not flee the scene and attempted to assist the injured man by taking him to the hospital. However, the medical team that arrived promptly at the Artashat Hospital confirmed H. Hovhannisyan's death. Following this, the driver contacted the traffic police's operational management center.

According to reports, the driver works as a chef at the "12 Cut" pizzeria.
