Snowfall in Armenia: Current Conditions on Various Roads

The Ministry of Transport, Communications and Information Technologies informs that as of April 20 at 09:30, snowfall is occurring on the roads of Sisian, Goris, Gavar, Martuni, Spitak, Dilijan, Ani, Lori, Stepanavan, Chambarak, Hrazdan, and Meghri regions.

There are patches of black ice on the roads in Gavar.

Due to heavy snow and snowdrifts, the Vardenyats Pass is impassable.

All interstate and republican roads in the Republic are open.

Road construction workers are carrying out cleaning and treatment works with salt and sand on the roads.
