High-ranking State Officials Have Lost Significant State Funds in Yerevan, Artak Galstyan
Judicial expert Artak Galstyan wrote on his Facebook page: "Why did the people carry out a revolution?... Several high-ranking state officials lost significant state funds in Yerevan before the revolution. Moreover, they lost this money right next to the locations of the police and the National Security Service buildings.
What is interesting? The money was lost in Yerevan, but part of it has been discovered in Germany in the form of a candy factory, another part in the form of hotels and hospitals in France, and the main portion in Swiss and offshore banks. It has also been revealed that accounts in Swiss and offshore banks were opened just a few days before the high-ranking officials lost the aforementioned significant state funds.
The remarkable thing is that everyone knows who lost the money, when they lost it, where the funds are located, and where the threads lead. I’ll add more— the people know too. It turns out we know everything, but we cannot prove it. If I am mistaken, correct me. It seems that the people carried out a revolution to cleanse the country of former scum and return the lost significant state funds from high-ranking officials. If there was another reason, please let me know; it seems I can't recall one."
