We Did Not Exit the Four-Day Military Operations as Defeated
We did not exit the four-day military operations as defeated. This was stated to reporters by Deputy Minister of Defense Gabriel Balayan at Yerablur.
He mentioned that he does not share the opinion that the Armenian arsenal is bare. According to Balayan, the Armenian armaments have been replenished over the last few years, and the level of combat readiness has been brought to a much more vigilant state.
The deputy minister emphasized that he considers Prime Minister Nikol Pashinyan's observation that the April war is about Azerbaijan's entry into the EAEU as a political assessment.
He stated that there will no longer be mere border maintenance; instead, border protection will be in place, which implies a transfer of certain military operations into enemy territory.
