Unpaid Fine Paid: Restriction on Ararat Mirzoyan's Account Lifted
The restriction on the account of the Speaker of the National Assembly, Ararat Mirzoyan, has been lifted. This was reported by the Enforcement Service in response to a written inquiry from Tert.am.
According to the Enforcement Service, the enforcement proceeding initiated regarding Ararat Mirzoyan has been terminated, and the restriction has been lifted based on the actual performance of the obligation, as stipulated in Article 42, paragraph 1 of the Law on Enforcement of Judicial Acts.
At the same time, the Enforcement Service stated that no other information is subject to publication within the framework of the enforcement proceedings.
It is worth reminding that during the discussion on the increase of consumer loans in the National Assembly session, Prime Minister Nikol Pashinyan stated that banks provide very convenient loans, and his family has not yet paid off their washing machine loan. The Speaker of the National Assembly, Ararat Mirzoyan, added, “Mr. Prime Minister, I went to take a television on installment with the same rationale, but I was not given an installment because the enforcer had placed a restriction on my account; I had an unpaid fine.”
