Pashinyan's Team Prepares for Upcoming Congress

The newspaper "Hraparak" writes: "Nikol Pashinyan's team is actively working on the formation of territorial structures in anticipation of the congress expected in June. According to some sources, the 'Civil Contract' party intends to follow the examples of its predecessors and strengthen the institution of village mayors.

With this aim, members of the Civil Contract will actively participate in the local self-government elections scheduled for June. It is not excluded that instead of nominating their party members, the Civil Contract may provide support to independent candidates. However, a clear strategy is being developed within the ruling party to actively participate in the elections and maintain power from the 'bottom up'.
