Pashinyan to Travel to Vienna
The Prime Minister of Armenia, Nikol Pashinyan, will lead a delegation to Austria.
The government's website has published the Prime Minister's decision regarding the delegation's trip to Vienna.
According to Article 7, Part 5 of the Law on the Structure and Functioning of the Government of the Republic of Armenia:
- From March 28 to 29, 2019, a governmental delegation from the Republic of Armenia is to travel to the Republic of Austria (Vienna) in accordance with the attached document.
- During the period of the aforementioned trip, the responsibilities of the Prime Minister of the Republic of Armenia will be delegated to the Deputy Prime Minister Tigran Avinyan.
- The expenses associated with the governmental delegation's trip to the Republic of Austria (Vienna), including costs related to the official delegation service lounge at Zvartnots international airport, will be covered based on the actual incurred cost documents, including:
- Expenses for Nikol Pashinyan, Hrachya Tashchyan, Vladimir Karapetyan, Alexander Mkhitaryan, Manvel Avetisyan, Armen Khachatrayan, Tigran Mehrabyan, Karen Azatyan, Arman Shahinyan, as well as expenses related to representations, vehicle rentals, and souvenir purchases from the funds allocated for international missions by the Prime Minister's staff.
- Expenses for Grigori Hayrapetyan, Gevorg Movsesyan, Ghazar Ghazaryan, Hovhannes Vardanyan, Karen Vanyan, Garik Grigoryan, and Grigori Arakelyan will be covered by the funds of the State Protection Service of the Republic of Armenia.
- Night expenses and airport service expenses for media representatives will be covered by the funds allocated for international official missions in the Republic of Armenia's 2019 state budget as per the report presented by the Prime Minister's office.
- It is acknowledged that daily expenses for media representatives will be covered by the corresponding delegated organizations.
- The head of the Prime Minister's office is instructed to arrange a special flight on March 28, 2019, from Yerevan to Vienna, and on March 29, 2019, from Vienna to Yerevan.
- The Chairman of the Civil Aviation Committee of the Republic of Armenia is tasked with supporting the Prime Minister's office in organizing the flights mentioned in point 5 of this decision.
- Expenses related to the organization of the special flight will be covered by the funds allocated for international missions from the Prime Minister's office budget.
