Azerbaijan Purchases 'Lektor' Artillery Fire Control Systems from Belarus

Azerbaijan has purchased portable 'Lektor' 7A0917 artillery fire control systems from Belarus. The new system, which has been added to the Azerbaijani army's arsenal, was tested during army exercises held in March 2019, reports Panarmenian.net.

According to Azerbaijani sources, the system features a three-level command structure. It can be utilized by the company commander, senior officer, and calculation commander. The system includes a tablet computer, a handheld calculator, a radio station, reconnaissance equipment, and an automatic meteorological station. Aside from the station, the remaining components are produced in Belarus.
