VIDEO: Hakob Arshakyan Discovers Hidden Dump Site in Capital's Center

As we have already reported, starting from the morning, nationwide cleanup events initiated by the Ministry of Territorial Administration and Development of Armenia have begun across the republic.

The Minister of Transport, Communications and Information Technologies, Hakob Arshakyan, has published a video message on his Facebook page.

"We discovered a dump site at the beginning of Heratsi Street. The aim of showing this is to prevent such occurrences in Yerevan in the future," he stated.

The minister mentioned that he believes this waste was dumped by one of the businesses, as there is a lot of construction debris, including car parts.

Hakob Arshakyan noted that about 50 people have managed to remove the dump site. At the end of the video message, he urged everyone to keep the city clean, to go out to the yards and streets, and to participate in cleanup activities.
