Robert Kocharian's Lawyer on the March 1 Case
If Prime Minister Nikol Pashinyan implies that the fired cartridges have been tampered with and, as a result, it is no longer possible to unravel the March 1 case, then he should not claim that the case has been resolved; he should say that it could not be disclosed. This was stated today, on March 23, during a meeting with reporters by Hayk Alumyany, the lawyer for the second President of Armenia, Robert Kocharian.
According to him, our law enforcement agencies have vast experience in solving homicides, even when not just a cartridge but no evidence at all has been found at the scene. “It is not the case that a gunshot homicide can only be solved if a cartridge is present, and it cannot be solved if a cartridge is missing. There are videos, there is evidence that this happened in front of hundreds of people. There should be operational data on who did what and where,” Alumyany said.
