Conflict in the National Assembly: Not Everyone Received Bonuses

According to the newspaper «Zhoghovurd», a conflict has erupted within the National Assembly. The issue is that on March 18, the staff of the National Assembly awarded bonuses to some members of the staff, but not all of them.

Moreover, «Zhoghovurd» learned that, for example, one employee from the same department received a bonus while another did not. The National Assembly's staff has not provided any logical explanation, stating that they operate on different principles.

In this regard, «Zhoghovurd» contacted the Deputy Head of the National Assembly's staff, Samvel Meliksetyan, who stated that this was not a bonus but rather an incentive payment. «This was an incentive, meaning a payment for good performance,» he noted. In response to the question of how it was determined who performed well, Meliksetyan explained, «By meeting task completions, deadlines, working diligently, etc.»

Meliksetyan struggled to provide numbers on those who received the incentive payment but mentioned that employees who did not receive it had written to the head of the staff and have already received a reply.
