Competition Announced for Management of Underground Parking Adjacent to the Opera

The underground parking located at Freedom Square will be handed over for management. This decision was made during today's extraordinary session of the Yerevan City Council. It is worth noting that this facility is the property of the Yerevan community.

During the session, Tigran Sargsyan, head of the Development and Investment Programs Department of the City Hall, stated that an open competition will be announced under reasonable and manageable conditions. “Until now, the maximum investment in this parking lot has been 77 million drams, however, according to our assessments and through investments, it is possible to improve the figures,” he noted.
