Armenian Forces Neutralize Azerbaijani Individual Crossing State Border

At around 01:30 today, an unknown individual who violated the state border of Armenia was discovered, warned, and neutralized by Armenian border guards in the northeastern border zone at the N military unit’s security post. This was reported by the spokesperson for the Armenian Ministry of Defense, Artsrun Hovhannisyan, on his Facebook page. After sustaining a gunshot wound to the lower extremities, the individual was provided with first aid and subsequently transported to a medical facility. His life is not in danger.

According to the documents found on him, the individual is identified as Elvin Arif oglu Hibragimov, a resident of the Kazakh district of Azerbaijan, born in 1986. A criminal case has been initiated by the Investigative Department of the National Security Service of Armenia, and an investigation is underway.
