PVD's Pro-RPA Personnel: Tunnel Hakob's Nephew, 'Monarch' and Serzh Sargsyan's Protégé

According to the 'Hraparak' newspaper, radical revolutionary Davit Sanasaryan is conducting quite an interesting кадровая политика (personnel policy). His 'personnel bank' mainly consists of members from the Audit Chamber, but even more intriguing are the RPA and pro-RPA members who hold significant positions in the PVD.

The head of the PVD's Environmental Protection Department, Arman Davtyan, is the nephew of Tunnel Hakob (Hakob Hakobyan), a well-known figure with interests in the 'environmental' sector, including taking personal charge of the 'Amulsar' technology.

As for Davit Sanasaryan's deputy, Albert Abgaryan, he previously worked at the presidential office and was considered a protégé of Serzh Sargsyan. In 2017, he was number 58 on the RPA proportional list and even wrote the campaign song for the RPA.

According to some sources, Sanasaryan is close to 'Monarch'—Armen Ginosyan.

Interestingly, even the smallest hair salons and craft shops have a website in our country, yet the PVD does not have a website at this time. On the government website and the agency's Facebook page, only a phone number is listed that goes unanswered and an email address.
