Young MP's Wealth: $8,000 in Bonds and 1,500,000 AMD

The newspaper "Fact" reports: On February 13 of this year, Ara Gyulhakyan, a member of the "My Step" faction in the National Assembly of Armenia, submitted a declaration of property and financial means to the High Ethics Commission of Public Officials, which indicates that he does not own any residential property or vehicles.

As of the date he assumed office, Gyulhakyan declared $8,000 in bonds.

His declared debts totaled 3,100,000 AMD as of the same date.

The young MP has declared financial means totaling 1,500,000 AMD, $2,500, and €1,000.

Prior to becoming an MP, Ara Gyulhakyan was a member of the legal team for the "Citizen Observer" initiative from 2015 to 2018, and a lawyer for several programs at the "Transparency International Anti-Corruption Center" during the same period.

He briefly served as a member of the Yerevan City Council.

On December 9, 2018, he was elected to the National Assembly on the national electoral list of the "My Step" party alliance.
