The fact that a citizen may wake up tomorrow and find themselves unemployed is unacceptable. Furthermore, we have approved a budget that includes salary funds, as it is essential to comprehend the impact of this decision and how the government envisions this process.

In an interview with «First News», Mane Tandilyan, a member of the National Assembly from the LHK faction and chairwoman of the Standing Committee on Financial and Budgetary Affairs, stated, “The process of dismissing an employee should be an extended one, allowing individuals time to find alternate employment and develop their skills.”

“Generally, where does a citizen excel at work, and where can their potential be realized? The specialists who achieve certain successes in their educational and professional fields reach those achievements not only due to their capabilities but also because of various circumstances,” she added.
