Manvel Grigoryan Refuses to Testify in March 1 Criminal Case; NSS Remains Silent
According to information from "Factinfo," the National Security Service (NSS) attempted to question former Deputy Minister of Defense Manvel Grigoryan as part of the investigation into the March 1 criminal case; however, he refused to testify.
Specifically, he exercised his right under Article 65 of the Constitution of the Republic of Armenia, which states that no one is obliged to testify about themselves, their spouse, or close relatives if it is reasonably presumed that such testimony may be used against them or such relatives in the future. Panorama.am inquired from NSS spokesperson Marina Ohanyan about the status of Manvel Grigoryan's summons for questioning and whether the news is true. She stated that she could not comment on the matter.
