“All the violets, lilies, and poppies of my soul are for you, dear women – mothers, sisters, daughters; Happy March 8,” wrote Armenian Prime Minister Nikol Pashinyan on his Facebook page, offering congratulations to all women and girls in honor of the holiday. He recited Hovhannes Shiraz's poem “Spring Arrival” during a live broadcast.
