Weaponry Discovered at ‘Khdzhuyi’ Restaurant Owned by Balahid Village Mayor
On March 7, the Kotayk regional investigative department of Armenia's Investigative Committee conducted a search at the ‘Khdzhuyi’ restaurant and adjacent hotel complex located on the Yerevan-Abovyan highway in Balahid village, as reported by Shamshyan.com.
Furthermore, it is noteworthy that on March 3, there was a dispute provoked by hooliganism in the vicinity of the aforementioned restaurant complex, which led to the stabbing of a 25-year-old manager of the ‘Armenia’ lodge in Kotayk region. The injured individual was subsequently transported to the Abovyan medical center.
During the investigation, a shotgun, cartridges, and knives, including one with a hidden lock, were found and seized from one of the rooms. According to sources, the lodge is owned by the mayor of Balahid village.
