First Resignations at South Caucasus Railway

The newspaper "Hraparak" reports that the first resignations have begun at the South Caucasus Railway LLC. According to our information, Armen Darbinyan, the Deputy Head of Security, has been dismissed. He has been replaced by David Vardanyan, a citizen of the Russian Federation, who is a staff member of the Federal Security Service (FSB) of Russia.

This agency consistently maintains a watchful eye on the Armenian railway. We have learned that Armen Darbinyan did everything possible to retain his position, even contacting the leadership of Russian Railways in Moscow. As a result, he has been appointed as an advisor to the General Director of South Caucasus Railway LLC. Our sources have confirmed this information.
