Even Abroad, Engaged in 'Velvet' Self-Promotion: Ashotyan
The spokesperson of the Republican Party of Armenia, Armen Ashotyan, wrote on his Facebook page:
"During the reception organized on the occasion of Diplomats Day, Nikol Pashinyan announced, 'We must continue our political efforts aimed at the international recognition of the Armenian Genocide.' This is a good statement.
However, the work in this direction abroad has sharply decreased. Instead, they are engaged in 'velvet' self-promotion even outside our borders.
Let me just remind you that during his 10 months in office, no new country or international organization has recognized the Armenian Genocide.
I leave the conclusions to you."
