Who Decided That Alexander Sargsyan Should Donate $30 Million and Enjoy His Vacation in Spain? Babajanyan

National Assembly member Arman Babajanyan from the 'Bright Armenia' faction today asked Prime Minister Nikol Pashinyan in parliament who decided that Alexander Sargsyan, brother of Serzh Sargsyan, should donate $30 million to the state and enjoy his vacation in Spain these days.

Prime Minister Nikol Pashinyan responded, "I am not aware of any case where someone has paid money and escaped responsibility. Any individual whose guilt is proven will not evade accountability. Backdoor deals are excluded. There is no country where the preliminary investigation is public. The trial itself is public. The law stipulates that if the damage caused is compensated, the criminal case is terminated."
