The Death of a Soldier Cannot Be Hidden: Tonoyan Denies

All information regarding incidents, in any format, cannot be concealed, said Minister of Defense Davit Tonoyan to journalists today at the Yerablur Pantheon, responding to media reports that the deaths of four servicemen had been hidden.

“Who says that it has been concealed? Nothing can be hidden because there is oversight from both the Prosecutor's Office and investigative bodies in this process. There are simply cases that are directly related to the enemy, there are cases related to service, and there are cases where soldiers have died at home. Even if it is a natural death, we still declare it,” said Davit Tonoyan.
