A Performance Dedicated to Armenia at the Brazilian Carnival
The annual carnival festivities are taking place in Brazil. During the carnival parade in São Paulo, the samba school "Rosas de Ouro" (Golden Roses) dedicated its performance to Armenia and the Armenian people.
The performance, titled "Viva Hayastan," consisted of five themes: "Paradise at the Foot of Ararat," Christianity, Armenian Heroes, Culture, and "Mother Armenia." The show began with a tribute to the victims of the Armenian Genocide, followed by a crane flying in the colors of the Armenian flag, symbolizing the rebirth of the Armenian people.
