VIDEO: I am Arrested David Adyan. Incident Near YSU

During a protest near Yerevan State University (YSU), while former Ombudsman of Artsakh Ruben Melikyan was speaking, David Adyan, the head of the social sector oversight department of the RA State Regulatory Service, approached him and declared, "I am arrested David Adyan."

It is noteworthy that the initiative for the protest near YSU was led by Narek Malyan, a former advisor to the former chief of police of RA.

It should be reminded that the RA National Security Service has arrested four employees of the RA State Regulatory Service, including the Adyan brothers, heads of two departments within the service.
