Plita's Cable Melted, Stuck, No Fire: Shishi Melo

A few days ago, the press service of the Ministry of Emergency Situations of the Republic of Armenia reported that a fire had broken out again at the factory of former National Assembly member Melik Manukyan, known as "Shishi Melo." The firefighting unit from Abovyan was dispatched to the scene with one combat unit.

In an interview with ArmDaily.am, Melik Manukyan stated that it was a minor issue. "The cable of the plita next to the cabinet melted and stuck. It was a light issue; there is no fire. They made a story out of it; there’s nothing serious," said Manukyan. He explained that the reason was the constant power outages.
