Use of Smartphones During Service Banned in Russia
In Russia, military personnel will not have the right to use smartphones or any other technology that can disseminate information via the internet during service, including during reserve gatherings. This information comes from several Russian news outlets.
It is important to note that the ban also includes tablets, navigators, dash cameras, external memory drives, and other similar devices.
